Privacy Policy

Effective: 13 August 2026 Last updated: 13 August 2026 App: Mythic Clash (iOS)

This policy explains what information the Mythic Clash iPhone game handles, why it is handled, who it is shared with, and the choices you have. It applies to the Mythic Clash app and this website.

The short version

  • There is no account and no sign-in. Your allegiance, level, chronicle tablets, trial records and settings stay in the app's own storage on your iPhone.
  • The app includes the AppsFlyer SDK, which measures where installs come from and how the app is used, so we can understand which advertising works.
  • On first launch iOS shows the App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you choose “Ask App Not to Track”, no advertising identifier (IDFA) is read and no cross-app tracking takes place.
  • We do not sell your personal data, and we never ask for your name, address, phone number or payment details inside the game.
  • Deleting the app removes everything stored on your device. You can also write to us to request deletion of attribution and analytics records.

01 Who we are

Mythic Clash is an offline mythology arcade game for iPhone. The developer of the app is the data controller for the processing described here. For any privacy question, or to exercise any of the rights in section 10, write to sanimusababa00011@gmail.com.

By installing or using the app you agree to this policy. Use of the app is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.

02 Data kept on your device

The game itself works without a server. Everything the game writes down is stored locally in the app's own storage on your iPhone and is never uploaded by us:

  • your allegiance (Gods or Titans), chosen aspect and equipped boon;
  • Mythic Energy, level, rank, win/loss record, streaks and peak Momentum;
  • chronicle tablets — the result of each finished clash;
  • best scores and play counts for each of the five trials;
  • the daily state of the Mythic World map;
  • your sound, music and haptics preferences.
There is no account, no sign-in and no game server. Using Erase All Progress in the app's settings clears these values immediately; deleting the app removes them just as completely.

03 AppsFlyer: attribution & analytics

Mythic Clash integrates the AppsFlyer mobile measurement SDK. AppsFlyer tells us which advertising campaign, channel or link led to an install, and gives us aggregated statistics about how the app is used. AppsFlyer acts as our processor / service provider and handles this data on our instructions.

What the AppsFlyer SDK may collect

CategoryExamplesUsed for
Device identifiers AppsFlyer ID (an identifier generated for this install), Identifier for Vendors (IDFV), and — only if you allow tracking — the Advertising Identifier (IDFA) Matching an install to the ad that produced it; de-duplicating installs; fraud prevention
Device & app information Device model, iOS version, app version and bundle ID, language, time zone, carrier, screen and network type Attribution accuracy, crash-free measurement, aggregated analytics
Network information IP address, from which an approximate country/region is derived (we do not receive precise GPS location — the app never requests location permission) Coarse geography of campaigns, fraud and bot detection
App activity Install, first open, app sessions and launches, and in-app events the game reports (for example completing onboarding or finishing a clash) Measuring campaign quality and understanding which features are used
Attribution data Referring campaign, ad network, click/impression identifiers, deep-link and re-engagement data received from advertising partners Knowing which campaign delivered the install

This data is not used to build a profile of you as an individual, is not sold, and is never combined with your game progress — the game progress described in section 2 stays on the device.

AppsFlyer's own handling of this data is described in the AppsFlyer Services Privacy Policy.

04 App Tracking Transparency & the IDFA

In line with Apple's requirements, Mythic Clash presents the system App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt — “Allow Mythic Clash to track your activity across other companies' apps and websites?” — before any tracking takes place. Your answer decides what happens next:

If you allow tracking

  • The app may read your device's Advertising Identifier (IDFA) and pass it to AppsFlyer and our advertising partners.
  • This allows an install to be matched to the specific ad you saw in another app, and allows measurement of advertising across apps and websites owned by other companies.

If you choose “Ask App Not to Track”

  • No IDFA is read or transmitted, and no cross-app or cross-site tracking is performed.
  • AppsFlyer continues to operate only in a non-tracking, privacy-preserving mode: install and session counts that are not tied to an advertising identifier, plus Apple's own SKAdNetwork / AdAttributionKit postbacks, which report campaign performance to advertisers in an aggregated form managed by Apple.
  • The game itself is completely unaffected — every trial, rank and feature works exactly the same.
You can change your answer at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, either for Mythic Clash specifically or by turning off “Allow Apps to Request to Track” for every app.

Independently of iOS, you can also opt out of AppsFlyer's processing using the AppsFlyer opt-out page.

05 Advertising

We advertise Mythic Clash on third-party networks, and AppsFlyer measures the result of that advertising. Where those networks receive data about an install, they do so as described in their own privacy policies and, on iOS, within the limits of your ATT choice.

Any advertising displayed inside the app is disclosed on the app's App Store product page under App Privacy, which we keep consistent with this policy. If the app is offered free of charge with no in-app purchases, that is stated on the same page.

06 Why we process data

  • Attribution — to know which campaign, channel or link brought a player to the game.
  • Analytics — to understand, in aggregate, how the app is installed, opened and played, so we can improve it.
  • Fraud prevention — to detect fake installs, bots and click fraud in our advertising.
  • Support — to answer the messages you send us by email.
  • Legal compliance — to meet obligations that apply to us as an app developer.

We do not use this data for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

08 Who data is shared with

  • AppsFlyer Ltd. — our attribution and analytics processor. See its Services Privacy Policy.
  • Advertising networks and partners — receive attribution and campaign-performance data, in aggregate or, where you have allowed tracking, tied to an advertising identifier.
  • Apple — as the distributor of the app, Apple processes App Store downloads and SKAdNetwork / AdAttributionKit attribution under Apple's Privacy Policy.
  • Authorities — only where disclosure is required by law, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising outside what is described above and permitted by your ATT choice.

09 How long data is kept

  • Game progress on your device — until you erase progress in the app or delete the app.
  • Attribution and analytics records — retained by AppsFlyer for the period set out in its retention policy and our configuration, and no longer than needed for the purposes in section 6.
  • Support email — kept while we handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted.

10 Your rights & choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, to withdraw consent, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Residents of California and other US states with comparable laws have equivalent rights to know, delete, correct and opt out of sale or sharing — and, as stated above, we do not sell personal information.

Practical controls available to you at any time:

  • Change your tracking answer in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
  • Reset or limit your advertising identifier in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising.
  • Opt out of AppsFlyer processing via the AppsFlyer opt-out page.
  • Use Erase All Progress inside the app, or delete the app entirely.
  • Email sanimusababa00011@gmail.com to make a request. We reply within 30 days. Because there is no account, we may ask for the AppsFlyer ID shown in the app's settings so we can locate the right records.

11 Children

Mythic Clash is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. The game never asks for a name, email address, photo, contact list or location.

If you believe a child has provided personal data to us, write to sanimusababa00011@gmail.com and we will delete it. Parents can also restrict tracking for any app using iOS Screen Time settings.

12 Security & international transfers

Data in transit between the app and our processors is protected with industry-standard TLS encryption, and access to attribution dashboards is limited to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the limited data we handle.

Our processors may store or process data outside your country, including in the United States and Israel. Where required, such transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism.

13 This website

This marketing site is static. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising scripts, and has no login. It loads a web font from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google's servers and Google receives your IP address and user-agent for that request; see Google's Privacy Policy. The contact form on the home page is decorative — it does not transmit anything. To reach us, email sanimusababa00011@gmail.com directly.

14 Changes to this policy

If how we handle data changes, this page is updated and the “Last updated” date at the top changes with it. Material changes will also be reflected on the app's App Store product page and, where the change requires it, in a fresh in-app consent request. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
